sustainacraft, Inc. (“sustainacraft” or “we”)  is committed to building strong and transparent relationships with our clients, partners, and stakeholders. This document outlines the principles that guide our interactions and collaborations. We expect our partners to adhere to these standards.

Code of Conduct

Respect for Clients and Partners

We always respect our customers, business partners, competitors, and sustainacraft members, and strive to treat each fairly and with integrity. We will not engage in any actions that create or are deemed to create a conflict of interest.

Anti-bribery and Corruption

In all countries and jurisdictions where we do business, we do not tolerate corrupt practices with any party, and we do not induce, engage in or permit bribery. 

Entertainment and gifts shall be given and received in accordance with laws and regulations when necessary for business purposes. The amount of entertainment or gifts shall be within a reasonable and appropriate range and shall be reported within the organization.

The following are prohibited:

 ●    Giving or receiving cash or cash equivalents (cheques, money orders, etc.)
 ●    Entertainment, gift-giving, etc. that could be considered bribery to public officials, foreign public officials, etc.
 ●    Providing excessively expensive or extravagant entertainment or gifts to persons with whom you have a professional or business relationship

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

We are committed to staying informed about and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate. 

When handling personal information, we strictly comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of information about our work and activities, as well as information about our members and any other confidential information learned in the course of our work.

Respect for Human Rights

We recognize and honor international standards regarding human rights, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

When hiring staff, evaluating personnel, and selecting business partners, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, creed, religion, color, nationality, country of origin, age, gender, or disability. We strive to promote a positive and inclusive work environment. Discrimination and harassment have no place in our collaborations.

Protection of Company Assets

Employees are entrusted with the responsibility to safeguard company assets, including physical property, intellectual capital, and confidential information, and are expected to use these resources judiciously for legitimate business purposes.

Environmental Protection

In our daily business activities, we act in a way that does not place an excessive burden on the environment, and continuously strive to decrease our burden on the environment. We encourage our clients and partners to join us in these efforts. Each of our members fulfills their responsibility to care for the environment in all the regions in which they operate, and achieves sustainable activities by acting in accordance with sustainacraft's company credo. By engaging with sustainacraft, inc., our clients and partners agree to uphold the principles outlined in this Code of Conduct. We believe that these shared values will contribute to the success of our collaboration and relationship.
