sustainacraft K.K. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo;  CEO: Hiroshi Suetsugu; hereinafter referred to as "sustainacraft") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a business partnership agreement with Nippon Koei K.K. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hiroaki Araya), a subsidiary of ID&E Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Akihiko Araya), to procure and create carbon credits through "NbS* (Nature-based Solutions)" on April 10, 2024.

Through this partnership, sustainacraft, which specializes in due diligence related to carbon credits, investment credit creation, and investment cost assessments, will collaborate with Nippon Koei, which has a wealth of experience and expertise in forest business surveys, planning, and implementation. This collaboration will leverage the strengths of both companies to provide consistent services to domestic and international companies (hereinafter referred to as "private companies") considering or implementing the procurement and creation of NbS carbon credits. (*Note: NbS stands for Nature-based Solutions.)
